PM SHRI Scheme Overview
PM SHRI (PM Schools for Rising India) is a centrally sponsored scheme of the Government of India launched in 2022, which aims to upgrade and develop selected government schools into exemplar institutions demonstrating the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020. PM SHRI schools showcase modern pedagogy, experiential learning, smart classrooms, green school practices, skill education and inclusive development.
